As part of a study trip through Virovitica-Podravina County, today, October 29, 2025, the Visitor Center The Drava Story was visited by Tatjana Petranović Capar, Director of the Biser Zagorja Tourist Board, together with her colleagues, and Mladen Hercigonja, Mayor of Tuhelj Municipality. The visit was organized in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Virovitica-Podravina County (TZ VPŽ), and visitors were introduced to the tourist attractions of the county by Martina Jakelić, Director of TZ VPŽ.

The purpose of the visit was to exchange knowledge and experiences, learn about best practices in funding acquisition, and explore the natural and cultural heritage, as well as educational and interpretative approaches tailored to the interests of target groups.

Guided by Tatjana Arnold Sabo, Director of the Public Institution, visitors learned about the history of the building, its restoration funded through national, European, and global sources, and the features of the Visitor Centre and its surrounding park.
