At the Visitor Centre The Drava Story, a place where nature and heritage complement each other perfectly, another unforgettable wine gathering was held yesterday, on 25 September 2026.
The event was part of the 6th Slavonia and Podravina Wine Festival, Wine not!? — an event that has now become a well-established tradition, successfully bringing together exceptional wines and food with authentic local stories.
The event was organised by the Tourist Board of Virovitica-Podravina County in cooperation with the Public Institution for the Management of Protected Parts of Nature and the Ecological Network of Virovitica-Podravina County.
A warm Slavonian welcome and a lively atmosphere from the very beginning were provided by the excellent plum brandy produced by Harmund Distillery.
Following the welcoming address by Tatjana Arnold-Sabo, Director of the Public Institution, guests were guided into the world of wine by renowned Croatian oenologist Ivana Nemet and host Goran Koši. Together, they led guests through a true wine experience, presenting three outstanding wines:
- Graševina Vivaldi (Vina Dvojak)
- Chardonnay (Podrum Vineda)
- Apolotico Rosé (Tomo Boutique Winery)
The culinary offerings at this year's Nobleman's Party were presented by Vladimir Ivoš, while DJ Vlada (Work Studio) provided excellent music and a relaxed atmosphere.
During breaks between the wine and food presentations, visitors had the opportunity to explore the facilities and attractions of the Visitor Centre The Drava Story on a guided tour led by the Public Institution's expert staff.
